Joanie offers workshops and seminars in Laughter Yoga for wellness, team building, stress management, staff meetings, retreats, conferences, schools that can be tailored to your needs.  Laughter Yoga is appropriate for people from all walks of life who simply want to experience more joy and is excellent for releasing stress.  The workshops and seminars include laughter exercises with deep breathing, simple stretching, laughing exercises, childlike play, laughter meditation, deep relaxation and MORE!! and can be anywhere from 30 minutes to a full day.
