If you are looking for something to add to your Corporate wellness program, I customize Yoga classes to fit the needs of your employees.  By holding classes at your site (e.g. in a conference room, large office, etc. ) your employees spend time renewing their body and mind without travel.  The schedule, format and pace is based on your employee needs.   I specialize in using essential oils and can make this part of the experience.   I also send your employees weekly emails on Yoga tips and exercises to practice at their desk to instill wellness into their daily life.
