Joanie has been teaching Yoga for 8 years. She is a RYT® 200 Hour Yoga Teacher and a 100 hour trauma-sensitive Warrior yoga teacher, trained in the YogaFit Warrior Program. Joanie specializes in Group and Private classes, Corporate classes,and trauma sensitive classes.
